Pasona's exclusive staff evaluation system to achieve customer's expected service quality. With Pasona's exclusive “Housekeeper Meister Program”,
our housekeepers are divided into five certified levels according to assessment criteria that includes length of work experience domestically and overseas,
language skills, and service skills.

Staffs learn the basics of Japanese and practice reading, writing and conversation.
Through regular trainings, they will hone their skills required to be a Kurashinity housekeeper, always aiming for a high-grade quality of service.
Depending on staff level, training hours start from a minimum of 400 hours to 600 hours and more.

It's been 3 years since I have been in Japan. Through my experience in handling various customers with different needs; underdoing the Meister Training Program and all the other trainings such as Japanese language, table setting and so forth; I have gained more confidence as a professional housekeeper. With the experience and new skills sets that I have obtained, I became more confident and will work hard so that I can provide a satisfactory service to our customers.

I feel my Japanese skills has improved as I am already able to communicate with my customers in accepting special request. Not just only cleaning, I am able to do grocery shopping and assisting my customers when they prefer to prioritize organizing task. I do the organizing based on their instructions. I hope to provide a top-quality service to my customers for them to relax comfortably in their homes.

It has been 1 year since I came to Japan. For my customers to be relaxed and happy the moment they open their doors, I make sure to pay attention to each detail and clean each corner and edge of their homes. I feel that I have a strong responsibility to support my customers' busy lives and lessen their burden in having to deal with their household chores. I am looking forward to improve my skills to be able to provide more flexibility in accepting various customers' request.
