Reason for using Kurashinity

We started introducing Kurashinity's housekeeping service as a benefit program to deter employees from leaving the company during life stages such as childbirth and nursing care, and to improve their work-life balance, and we subsidize a part of the service fees. The number of users has increased one after another after hearing feedback from employees who have used the service, and currently approximately 20% of employees utilize the service in a weekly basis.

By outsourcing the household chores to professionals, this has obviously reduced the housework-related stress from our female employees. They can now spend their free time for self-development and spending quality time with their families. The return-to-work ratio after maternity or childcare leave has also increased, and as a result, we expect a synergistic effect in deterring employee turnover. As a company where our female employees play an active role, we feel it is also our mission to be able to support them one way or another for them to achieve work balance and household responsibilities.

Reason for using Kurashinity

Our company introduces luxury properties to foreign nationals living in Tokyo. Most of our clients request housekeeping services, a service that is common in other countries but still not so common in Japan.
In order to ensure a comfortable life for our customers as soon as they move in, we have formed a business partnership with Kurashinity, where they continuously train Filipino professional housekeepers and provide their housekeeping services in Tokyo and Kanagawa.

Kurashinity provides consistent service in English from their website, application procedures, customer center, contracts, to English-speaking professional housekeepers. This is very convenient for our foreign customers as they can use the service without language barriers. All housekeeping staff are Filipino nationals with overseas working experience, thus, they are exposed to other cultures and communication with foreign customers is smooth.

Reason for using Kurashinity

In our school, foreign students are learning Japanese. Many students are not familiar with Japanese norms which includes putting importance to regular cleaning in school dormitories and abiding to the proper garbage segregation and collection rules. Therefore, we decided to consult with Kurashinity, a company that can help us in both English and Japanese. Kurashinity assists us by coming to our school dormitories twice-a-week and do regular cleaning in the common areas and collect and segregate the garbage.

Kurashinity's professional housekeepers are very helpful as they can communicate in English, which is hugely convenient for our students. And also, they have impeccable knowledge on how to clean Japanese houses. By having the rooms cleaned on a regular basis, they are maintained in a clean condition and consequently has greatly reduced the cost of repairs when students move-in or move-out. Although many of the rooms seem to be cluttered due to our student’s busy schedules, the staff has been very efficient, not only our students are happy but also the neighbors around our building dormitory as the garbage are properly segregated.
